**1. **Voice Message Reading**: Leave a question, and I'll send you a voice message with your answer. This option is available within the same hour of purchase during business hours. If you purchase outside of business hours, the turnaround time will begin at the next opening.
 
2. **Video Recording**: For a more immersive experience, choose our video recording option. I will answer your questions while shuffling and laying out cards, providing a clear and concise reading. Please note that the turnaround time for video recordings is 48-72 hours.
 
**EMERGENCY READINGS(CLOSED SHOP)
This is only used if the Shop is closed, after normal business hours/holidays. This is for 2 questions to be answered. You will receive your reading within 1 hour of purchase. If after 8:00 p.m cst, you will have to wait until the following morning 8:00 a.m cst. If you have any questions, please reach out before selecting this option.
