Cancellation Policy

Thank you for considering my services as a spiritual life coach. Please review the following booking policy before scheduling a session: 1. Payment: All sessions must be paid for in advance at the time of booking. Payments can be made via credit card or PayPal. 2. Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund. 3. Late Arrival: Please be on time for your scheduled session in zoom. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. The session may need to be shortened if there is another appointment scheduled immediately after yours. 4. Availability: Please check my availability on my scheduling platform before booking a session. I typically offer appointments on weekdays during normal business hours. 5. Confidentiality: All information shared during our sessions will be kept confidential. Your privacy is important to me, and I will not share your personal information with anyone without your consent. By booking a session with me, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this policy. I completely understand that life happens, but I don't hear anything from you before our session, I reserve the right to cancel your reading without the possibility of a refund.
